Entry Intent Form

Fill out this form if you are interested in fielding a team to represent the Philippines in the World Mixed Curling Championships in October 2026. If more than one team is interested, a playdown will be held at a date and place to be determined (likely May 2026).

Remember, a mixed team must consist of two men and two women playing in alternating order. No alternate is allowed. The only age requirement from World Curling states “ … a player must be no less than 16 years of age by the end of the 30th day of June preceding the event.” If juniors are interested in joining a team, please make sure you fit the age requirement.

Remember, each person must be a member in good standing (meaning having paid current dues) and a Kapamiliya-level member in order to participate in a national playdown. This should be taken care of before the playdown if the answer is No.
Does everyone on your team have proper Philippine paperwork or is at least eligible to compete for the Philippines (and can get paperwork)?(Required)
If you need a refresher, go to the FAQ page and look at the requirements for national eligibility. You must be able to prove eligibility if your team goes to Worlds.
